Orders placed through this site are invoiced by, and contracted with, Reverbophone Australia (ABN 18 697 376 766). Enquiries, logistics and support are handled by AKA Acoustics on our behalf.

Where these terms say “we” or “us”, that means Reverbophone Australia, except where the context is enquiries, logistics or support, which AKA Acoustics carries out for us.

Every order and service handled through this site is governed by the AKA Acoustics Terms of Service, which apply in full alongside the site-specific terms below.

These terms are specific to ordering a Reverbophone through this site, and apply in addition to the AKA Acoustics Terms of Service above:

• Prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars and are GST-inclusive.
• The price that applies to your order is the price current at the date we issue your invoice, not necessarily the price displayed when you first enquired.
• Any negotiated or batch-specific pricing is confirmed in writing on your invoice and applies only to the order it is issued against.
• Each Reverbophone is hand-built in Bollnäs, Sweden, in batches. Lead times shown on this site are indicative and are confirmed for your specific order at the time of enquiry - they are not a guaranteed delivery date.
• Submitting the enquiry form is a request for a quote, not a binding order. No order exists until we have confirmed your configuration and the current lead time, issued you a tax invoice, and you have accepted that invoice. Until then, either party may withdraw from the conversation at no cost.
• These site-specific terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If anything in the site-specific terms above conflicts with the AKA Acoustics Terms of Service for an order placed through this site, the site-specific terms prevail. Nothing in either document limits, excludes or replaces the guarantees you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law - see our consumer guarantees page.
