Buying a Reverbophone
Consumer guarantees
A plain-English summary of the protections that apply automatically when you buy a Reverbophone through this site in Australia. This page does not limit, exclude or replace any of those protections.
Your guarantees under Australian law
When you buy the Reverbophone as a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law gives you a set of guarantees automatically. Among others, the instrument must be of acceptable quality, fit for any purpose you made known to us, and match the description we gave you. These guarantees exist by law and cannot be excluded, restricted or replaced by anything on this website.
Who is responsible
Reverbophone Australia (ABN 18 697 376 766) is the Australian supplier of the Reverbophone and is responsible to you for these guarantees on goods sold through this site, regardless of the fact that the instrument is manufactured by AfterSound in Sweden. AKA Acoustics handles enquiries, logistics and support on our behalf.
If something goes wrong
If a Reverbophone you bought from us does not meet a consumer guarantee, contact us first. For a professional instrument in this category, the starting point is repair, replacement or re-supply, appropriate to what has gone wrong and consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We will talk it through with you rather than default to a fixed process.
Reach us through our contact page or by email at reverbophone@akaacoustics.com.
What this page is not
This is not a separate warranty document, and nothing here should be read as one. It is a summary of the statutory guarantees that already apply to your purchase. Our terms cover the rest of the order process.
