When you submit our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to give us: phone number, studio or organisation name, state, your finish and Remote preferences, quantity, and any message you write.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site - pages viewed, approximate location, and device type. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies in your browser.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, confirm your configuration, prepare a freight and pricing quote, and keep a record of the conversation if it becomes an order.

Enquiries are stored as part of AKA Acoustics’s business records, on behalf of Reverbophone Australia, alongside the related email correspondence in our mailbox.

We use HubSpot to store your enquiry and manage our response, and Web3Forms to deliver it by email if HubSpot is unavailable. These service providers process the information you submit so we can respond to you. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell your information.
