Every Reverbophone is hand-built to order in Bollnäs, Sweden, and landed in Australia by AKA Acoustics. Here is what to expect, plainly.

Hand-built, in batches
Each unit is built to order in Bollnäs. Lead time runs 8 to 12 weeksand is confirmed against the live production queue when you enquire, not from a generic estimate on this page.
How it ships
The Reverbophone ships fully assembled, on a custom pallet, at roughly 80kg packed. AKA Acoustics acts as importer of record and insures the instrument for the whole journey to your door.
What you receive
You get a standard Australian tax invoice, GST included. There are no customs forms, duties or brokerage steps for you to handle.
Delivery and placement
Delivery to kerbside or into a room is arranged with you directly. The instrument itself is 62kg on wheels, so final placement up steps or through tight doorways needs two people.
